New Massive Apartment Complex In The Works 2/15/13

ODESSA, TX - We're learning more about a new apartment complex coming to Odessa. According to The Odessa Economic Development Corporation, "The Brownstone Road Apartments," are planned for the southwest corner of Tres Hermanas and Parks Legado Road. The new complex will consist of 238 apartment units.
