Fugitive Arrested After Pursuit 2/12/13

(Odessa)- Several Federal and local law enforcement agencies were involved in the arrest of a fugitive in Odessa this afternoon.
U.S. Marshals,D-P-S,The DPS helicopter, ICE agents, Odessa Police and Ector County lawmen assisted in the arrest.
25-Year-old Moses Madrid was arrested without incident on volation of a federal supervised release out of El Paso.
During the chase, Madrid reportedly threw a stolen pistol through a glass window of the stolen truck he was driving.
Authorities say he is the subject of an ongoing investigatiion.
