If you’ve been having a difficult time losing weight, the problem may be running through your veins.
A new book suggests that your diet combined with blood type plays a role into weight loss.
For example, for those with Type O, a high-protein diet with meat, vegetables, and fruits is best.
People with Type A do better on vegetarian diets that include soy proteins, grains, and veggies.
For Type B, it's low-fat dairy, meat, and produce.
And finally blood Type AB benefits from seafood, tofu, dairy, and produce.
The book, “Eat Right for Your Type,” says exercise along with the right kind of diet can help in weight loss.
