Midland Animal Services says that Bully Beds, Inc. has reduced their number of dogs today after adoptions.
Paul O'Neill of Midland Animal Services did not know how many dogs are left. He says he will be personally checking the property in Midland this coming Monday.
You'll remember we reported earlier this week that the City of Midland was holding back on closing the kennel to avoid taking in any dogs that may have to be put down.

MIDLAND, TX - Midland city officials say the man who has been operating an illegal pit bull kennel in the Tall City, with up to 60 dogs is working to get into compliance with city code. City officials say...the owner, Greg Clark is in violation with the city kennel code, which only allows for up to 12 pets. The City is working with Clark to adopt the dogs out. They say they want to help him come into compliance before they have to take action.
"At this point they are running a kennel and we wanna get those numbers down so that we can write them a permit to run a kennel," said Sara Higgins, Public Information Officer, City of Midland.
City officials say as long as the owner continues to cooperate with the city they won't have to issue a seizure warrant. No deadline has been set.
