ODESSA-A big part of the ECISD Bond is now in play.
As of this afternoon, the new location of two new ECISD elementary schools have been decided.
The ECISD board met behind closed door to vote on the locations.
The board approved unanimously of two locations: 87th Street and North Dawn on the north side of Odessa and 16th Street and Knox Avenue on the west side of town.
The board also approved of a property located close to Odessa High School, which will be a part of the high school expansion project.
