ODESSA, TX – CBS 7’s Felicia Bolton won the title of Miss West Texas Saturday night.
It has been nearly 20 years since the crown returned to the Midland –Odessa area, where the competition originated.
The pageant is a local preliminary in the Miss America Organization.
This July Bolton will compete for the title of Miss Texas.
