Don't Mess With Texas New Smartphone App 2/2/13

TxDOT – Now West Texas have a way to report litter and litterbugs in our area.
According to officials with the anti-litter campaign, Don’t Mess With Texas, the app is free for some smartphone users.
All you need to do is open the app, tap on the type of litter, and even use the optional voice recording function to record the offender’s license plate and vehicle description.
The app has a real-time zoom-able map of Texas with all its reports.
These reports can also be published in Facebook. The app is available for both IOS (APPLE) and Android (Google) smartphone platforms.
