ODESSA – EMT crews responded to a 911 call involving a pedestrian and a vehicle accident in front of LOWE'S Home Improvement on E. 42nd St.
According to the Odessa Police Officer responding to the call, EMT crews checked the pedestrian for any injuries but he refused medical attention.
No other injuries were reported. According to OPD, a police report was file, but no ticket were issued.
