ODESSA, TX - CBS 7 Crews on the scene say that Odessa Police have arrested a Hispanic male near 36th St with the matching vehicle description.
Officers arrested him on the 1300 block of E.36th St.

ODESSA, TX – Police are actively searching for a possible serial purse-snatcher in Odessa.
We know of at least three purses stolen recently. Two of the thefts happened at Music City Mall and one at the Buffet King.
The vehicle with the suspect in it is described as a blue dodge.
