Nuclear Site Storage May be Coming to Big Spring 2/1/13

Big Spring - The federal government is planning to establish a secondary nuclear storage site, longer range and a reprocessing facility that stores spent nuclear fuel.
Our news partners at KBST Radio reports that the two projects combined will involve a federal investment in excess of $1 billion and create 30,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Howard County has been asked to evaluate the feasibility of having the project constructed there.
