New Program Released To Report Litterers 2/1/13

Alpine Tx. - Keep Alpine Beautiful has a new program that lets you report a litterer.
All you have to do is use an app that you can download from dontmesswithtexas.org or go directly to the website.
A reported litterer will then receive A Don't Mess With Texas litter bag, and a letter with a friendly reminder to keep trash off Texas.
