UPDATE: Rochester Shooting: One Gunshot Victim In Stable Condition 1/31/13

UPDATE 9:30 AM****
Press release from Odessa Police Department, around 3:30 this morning while patrolling the area of Laredo and Dixie an officer heard several shots fired.
That's when Officers found 22 year old Ervin Lee Terry. Terry told officers he had been shot in the chest but there was no apparent gunshot wound visible. Medics were summoned to the scene and transported Terry to Medical Center Hospital for a scratch across his chest.
Terry tells officers that he asked for a ride from a vehicle occupied by six individuals who were taking him to an unknown location. Terry reported the vehicle came to a stop and all six suspects began shooting at him. The victim alleges he does not know any of the individuals.
As officers began combing the area they located another male who had been shot in the 1900 block of Rochester. The victim identified himself as Dequay Harris, 18 years of age.
The victim reported he did not know who shot him. He was transported to Medical Center Hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder area. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to notify Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.

Police on the scene tell CBS 7 one man was sent to the hospital with a gunshot wound and is in stable condition at this time.
