CPS Continues Investigation of 3-Year-Old Odessa Boy's Death 1/30/13

ODESSA, TX – Child Protective Services is investigating the physical abuse-related death of 3-year old Omar Frias Jr.
CPS has been working extensively with this family since March 2012. The originally intervened due to concerns about suspicious injuries to the child's fingers.
They say their primary concern at this time is the safety and welfare of the surviving sibling, a 4-month old boy, who is currently in foster care.
