MIDLAND, TX – The man arrested for openly carrying a gun in h-e-b is pursing a lawsuit over the arrest.
This is according to 28-year-old Michael Tyson’s lawyer, Raymond Fivecoat.
Tyson is charged with unlawful carry of a weapon.
No word yet if the suit is against the city or the Midland Police Department.
