Fire Destroys Home in Southeast Midland 1/26/13

MIDLAND – Midland and Stanton Fire crews were dispatched to a home in southeast Midland this evening.
According to Midland Fire Battalion Chief Vince Hancock, there were two occupants in the home but no one suffered any injuries from the blaze.
Hancock considered the home a total loss due to the fire damage inside and outside the home.
Fire officials told CBS 7 News Crews that the Red Cross was on their way to assist the now displaced family with a place to stay along with other needs.
The fire happened a little after 5 o’clock this evening at 5113 FM 1213 in Midland County.
