The Biggest Loser Comes to Odessa 1/26/13

ODESSA – A Reality TV Contestant came to Odessa today to encourage those like him to "confront their greatest adversary, their weight."
World’s Gym in Odessa welcomed The Biggest Loser: Couples Season 11, Austin Andrews in a special visit with a goal to "instruct others on how to confront weight loss."
“I am working to help young people break free of the issues that holds them back and make sure they check into life!,” said Andrews.
Andrews is also addressing the topic of bullying.
“Bullying is what damaged my self-esteem to such a degree that I chose to self-medicate with food,” added Andrews.
He is also allowing the church to be part of his focus for he says “spirituality and being healthy go hand in hand.”
