DALLAS - A cut above the eye couldn't keep Tony Parker out of the game
for long. He returned to score 23 points in the San Antonio Spurs' 113-107
victory over the Dallas Mavericks. Parker missed about a quarter in the first
half when he took three stitches above his left eye after a collision. He nearly
lost the eye in June when shards of glass embedded in his cornea after he got
caught in a bottle-throwing melee in New York.

NEW ORLEANS - James Harden is heading to his first NBA All-Star Game,
and he's showing the Houston Rockets why on almost a nightly basis. He had 30
points to lift the Rockets out of their worst slump of the season with a 100-82
victory over the New Orleans Hornets. The Rockets had lost eight of their
previous nine games. Harden also had eight assists and made all 12 free throw
attempts.

IRVING - Rich Bisaccia's stay as a special teams coach at Auburn
was brief- just three weeks. He has signed on with the Dallas Cowboys in a
similar role. New Auburn coach Guz Malzahn explained Biasccia believe it was an
offer he couldn't turn donw. He coached special teams in Tampa Bay from 2002-10,
working alongside new Dallas defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin.

AUSTIN - Lance Armstrong's attorney says he'll cooperate with
efforts to "clean up cycling." In letters exchanged with the U.S. Anti-Doping
Agency, the cyclist's attorney says Armstrong's schedule can't allow him to
testify under oath on Feb. 6. His attorney says the cycling union and the World
Anti-Doping Agency should take the lead in cleaning up the sport from
