New developments on the legal battle over the deadly train crash that killed four war veterans in Midland.
A 2014 trial date has been set in the civil lawsuit filed against Union Pacific Railroad and the company that owned the truck that towed the float.
According to the Midland Reporter Telegram, the trial will start in April of next year.
The attorney behind the lawsuit says the trial may take three to four weeks.
15 plaintiffs are involved in the lawsuit, including the family of Joshua Michael, who was one of four veterans killed in the crash back in November.
