Gardendale Drunk Driver Admits to Running Over Close Friend 1/25/13

An arrest affidavit is revealing more details about a late night crash that left one man dead in Gardendale Tuesday night. According to the arrest affidavit, 25 year-old Brent Green admitted to running over his close friend, 27 year-old Caden Hall, causing his death.
Green was found intoxicated and behind the wheel of his car. Meanwhile, witnesses at the scene told police that hall had “fallen and hit his head on rail road ties.”
In the affidavit, Green reportedly apologized for killing his close friend.
He is now charged with manslaughter, a second-degree felony.
