Expect a very warm day across West Texas. The normal high temperature for this time of year is 58 degrees. Today’s forecast calls for highs about 20 degrees above that. A few highs clouds will drift overhead. Expect winds out of the west at 10-20mph. A few higher gusts are possible.
An increase in clouds is expected on Friday and Saturday. Highs will be a little cooler as a result. Look for a slight chance of rain showers on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
Another storm system will affect the area around the middle of next week. Right now, cooler temperatures and a little wind appear to be the primary concerns. However, a slight chance of precipitation isn’t out of the question. This will have to be watched.
