BOSTON - Boston and New York can expect wind-chill conditions that will feel like five degrees below zero today. The deep freeze that has gripped the Upper Midwest now extends into the Northeast.
Authorities say exposure has played a role in at least four deaths.
This morning, residents in Millinocket, Maine woke up to 9 degrees.
