Sunny Skies and Warmer Temperatures Today 1/22/13
Tuesday Morning Weather Update

Slightly warmer temperatures are on tap for today. A few extra clouds are present across the area this morning. However, those clouds will break up through the morning. Expect sunny skies this afternoon. Highs will climb into the mid to upper 60’s. Winds will be out of the south at 5-15mph.
A few clouds will move into the region overnight, but will quickly exit the area on Wednesday afternoon. Expect highs in the mid 70’s with a southwest wind at 10-20mph.
Thursday will be the warmest day of the week. However, the warmth will be accompanied by wind. Expect a west-southwest wind of at least 15-25mph. Some winds could end up being even stronger. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70’s.
A cold front will move into the area on Friday. This will bring a drop in temperatures. There are a few hints at some possible precipitation on Saturday night and Sunday. However, my fear is that Friday’s cold front will scour the moisture out of the area. As such, I will lean toward a dry forecast. I do however, feel that it’s worth watching.
