UPDATE: Young Hispanic Man Found Dead; Cause Unknown - Odessa 1/18/13

The Odessa Police Department has confirmed the following information:
At about 11:00 this morning, Odessa Police and Fire Rescue responded to a medical call in the 4800 block of Golder Avenue.
When officers arrived, they were told by medic that a Hispanic, between 17 and 18 years of age was deceased.
There were no apparent signs of foul play, but the Ector County Medical Examiner’s Office will order an autopsy to determine cause of death. The name of the deceased is pending positive identification from the Medical Examiner’s Office.

ODESSA - An 18 year-old man was found dead in his room this morning on the 4800 block of North Golder.
The cause of his death is unknown at present, and the Medical Examiner's Office is investigating.
Officials tell us that they are treating the death as "suspicious," due to the age of the deceased.
