Report of Shots Fired in Odessa Leads to Three Arrests 1/16/13

Odessa - Three people have been arrested after shots ring out in the 5200 block of Conley Avenue.
Odessa Police say around 7:30 Tuesday night, officers were called to a home on Conley Avenue on a report of shots fired.
Julian Resendes reported to police that a white vehicle drove down the alley and fired several rounds.
During the investigation, officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the residence.
They also saw a magazine clip and were told there were guns inside the home.
All three people were detained and after getting a search warrant, officers searched the residence, finding several guns ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
The U.S. Marshals assisted in the investigation.
All three people were arrested.
24-year-old Julian Resendes was charged with possession of a firearm by a drug user and was taken to the federal detention center in Midland.
21-year-old Kelly Ivan Resendes was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was taken to the Ector County Detention Center.
22-year-old Seth Dell Bird was arrested on two local warrants for assault misdemeanor A and misdemeanor C possession of open container. He was taken to the Ector County Detention Center.
