GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The parents of two Texas boys killed when a pickup truck ran over their tent in a North Dakota campground are lobbying for tougher drunken driving laws in that state.
Authorities say 5-year-old Alaries and 9-year-old Cyris Ruiz were sleeping last summer in their tent last summer when they were killed.
Parents Juan Ruiz and Sandy Hernandez plan to share their story with North Dakota lawmakers.
