Death Investigation on East Murphy Street in Odessa 1/13/13

Odessa police say the death of a middle age Hispanic male is still under investigation and are not releasing his name and cause of death.

ODP tells CBS 7 News that they responded to 410 E. Murphy about 4:30 this afternoon and fuond a man dead in his truck.
The scene is under further investigation by the Crimes Against Persons Unit to determine the cause of death and if foul play was involved.

OPD confirms that several units are in place at Murphy and Magnolia Streets in Odessa.
Witnesses say that the area is blocked with crime scene tape and that a mobile crime scene unit is working the scene.
