MONAHANS, TX – A new duplex apartment complex is coming to Monahans.
Monahans Mayor David Cutbirth says the city approved the contract recently and the building should start up in the next 60 days.
Cutbirth says the apartments are essential to increasing the population of the city and providing much needed permanent housing.
The complex will have up to forty units.
