Odessa Tx. - One person was transported to the hospital after losing control of his vehicle.
The driver attempted to pass another vehicle going eastbound on 191 when he lost control and drifted off the highway.
At this time the eastbound lane is down to one lane but is expected to re-open shortly. Please be careful on your morning commute.
