No Grand Jury Ruling on Hunt for Heroes Train Crash 1/9/13

CBS 7 has just confirmed that a Midland Grand Jury has yet to hand down a ruling on the Hunt for Heroes train crash that led to the death of four American veterans.
We are told that a ruling will be handed down at some point this afternoon.
