Midland – With the population expanding in the Permian Basin, the pet population is also on the rise.
While overall pet adoption numbers were down in 2012, the number of animals put to sleep was also down.
Animal Services of Midland sheltered nearly 5,000 furry friends last year.
You can contact Midland Animal Services for more information on pet adoption at (432) 685-7420.
