Big Spring – Howard County welcomed their first baby born in 2013 earlier this week.
Miles Silva was born to Juan and Ginger Silva on Jan. 4. Miles weighs 6 pounds, 1 ounce, and is 19-3/4 inches in length.
Ginger, Miles and dad Juan are residents of Forsan.
