Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo For Another Week 1/6/13

ODESSA – The Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo is still running in full speed. Over 900 contestants are making Odessa their new home until next Saturday.
The Sandhills Rodeo includes events ranging from bareback riding, and steer wrestling to bull riding and barrel racing. After 45 years the Beutler and Son Rodeo Company will be the new stock contractors breathing new life into the 80-year-old rodeo.
Those who are also looking to purchase western home décor and wear can find booths in the hallways of the coliseum. Tomorrow morning Slack Roping and the following day, Super Tuesday Roping in the morning and Team & Match Roping in the evening.
The rodeo continues thru next Saturday January 12.
