The Lonestar Fugitive Task Force is the group that made the arrest of Eric Perez.
According to lawmen, he is being held at the Ector County Detention Center.

Lawmen tell CBS 7 that Eric Perez was arrested with his girlfriend, Sonnie Kunkle.
Both were wanted of mulitple Federal Warrants.
The pair were arrested at 1105 N. Texas.

(Odessa)- Law Enforcement sources tell CBS 7 that a man that has eluded them for the the past week is in custody.
Eric Perez has been on the run since late last week when he tried to run over a Martin County Deputy.
Texas Rangers; Ector County and Midland County Deputies; U.S. Marshals and Odessa Police are all involved in his apprehension.
There is a heavy presence of law enforcement in the area of 12th and Texas.
CBS 7 is on the scene.
