Tx-Dot and the Odessa Police Department confirm that I-20 (at Grant Avenue) has been cleared of hazardous debris and is open to normal traffic.

Update: 8:38 am
The east bound and west bound lanes of Interstate 20 (at Grant Avenue) are closed due to a traffic accident.
A vehicle rolled over and scattered blasting caps across the roadway. Motorists are advised to stay away from the area as law enforcement investigates this accident and retrieve the blasting caps.
Update: 7:40 am
The Texas Department of Transportation has closed I-20 Westbound, beginning at Grant Avenue in Odessa.
Tx-Dot has also closed I-10 West of Ft. Stockton and I-20 West of Monahans.
