Valero Part of New Oil Dock for Southeast Texas 1/3/13

Associated Press
January 3, 2013

PORT ARTHUR - Developers have announced plans for a new oil dock
in Southeast Texas.

The Beaumont Enterprise (http://bit.ly/130MuxF ) reported Thursday that the
complex is being built on the east bank of the Sabine (suh-BEEN')-Neches Ship
Channel near Port Arthur. The site is where a rusting dry dock sank a couple of
years ago alongside Pleasure Island.

The venture, known as PI Dock Facilities LLC, will involve TGS Development
as site developer and Valero Terminaling and Distribution Co. as operator. The
company is a unit of San Antonio-based Valero Energy Corp.

The crude dock is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2013.
The complex will help deliver crude oil through a new 36-inch pipeline to
Valero's Port Arthur Refinery and other nearby refineries.
