MIDLAND CO, TX – According to officials at the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, the department is 6 months behind on filing citations.
Officials say they are understaffed, but are working towards finishing all the reports before the deadline.
If they do not have them done before January 31st, they could loose funding and the ability to apply for certain grants.
