Pet Adoptions Rise in 2012 12/30/12

Midland - A local animal shelter has had no problem finding a home for well deserving pets.
The Lonestar Sanctuary for Animals had more than 600 animals adopted this year, that's nearly twice what their original goal was.
Officials with the sanctuary say they saw an increase in adoptions as more people moved to the basin.
