One-Vehicle Accident Leaves One Dead in Pecos County Over the Weekend 12/10/12

According to DPS, Ian Matthew Smith was driving northbound on Highway 18--about 28 miles north of Fort Stockton--yesterday morning.
He left the roadway, skidded sideways, and overturned.
Smith was pronounced dead at the scene. DPS says he was wearing a seat belt.
