Ward County Approves $80,000 For Volunteer Fire Departments 12/7/12

WARD COUNTY, TX – The Ward County Commissioners approved a contract to maintain local volunteer departments and supply approximately $80,000 to 5 county fire departments.
According to the Monahans News, contracts were made with Monahans for $50,000, Grandfalls for $10,500, Wickett for $9,000, Pyote for $9,000 and Barstow for $9,000.
The funding in the contract is to provide support for new equipment.
