A busy intersection in Odessa is lit up with the Christmas spirit.
5-year-old Preston Grey, this year's spokesperson for the Permian Basin Rehab Center, waved his magic wand and the 29th annual Community Christmas Tree is shining bright.
This is a time-honored tradition created by members of the Pilot Club of Odessa.
You can purchase a light on the tree in honor or in memory of a loved one.
Then on Christmas day, all donors will be listed in the Odessa American.
