Sunny And Warm Today 12/3/12

After a foggy start to the morning, sunny skies are returning and temperatures are on the rebound. Look for highs in the upper 70’s to lower 80’s this afternoon. Expect an increase in wind speeds through the middle of the day (10-20mph). Winds will back down late in the afternoon and early in the evening. Expect pleasant conditions for Christmas parades and tree lightings that will occur around 6-7pm.
A cold front will push into West Texas tonight. This will bring overnight lows into the upper 30’s. Sunny skies are expected on Tuesday and despite a cold start to the day, highs will climb into the mid 60’s in the afternoon. Temperatures will fall quickly after sunset Tuesday evening. Look for lows to drop into the mid 30’s Tuesday night.
A warming trend will return to West Texas Wednesday and Thursday. A weak cold front is expected on Friday. Another stronger cold front is expected Monday of next week.
