Odessa - A local woman continues to make tracks in making a difference in the lives of special needs children....
Vicky’s Kids gives carriage and train rides to raise money for many bed ridden and mentally ill children.
The owner, Vicky Throp, took the initiative to create a place to care for those mentally and physically abused in our community.
Some of them have suffered severe brain damage and receive some extra love and care here.
Vicky's Kids Train Rides next event will be at the Lowes parking lot in Midland through New Years Eve.
Tickets for train rides range from $10 to $25.
