Odessa Man Indicted on Murder Charge 11/29/12

An Odessa man has been indicted on charges in connection with a deadly shooting in a bar parking lot.
25-year-old Baushlyon Boyea Richardson is charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Richardson is accused of fatally shooting 23-yaer-old Pablo Jimenez in the parking lot of 10 Sports Bar and Grill on August 18th. Two other people were shot. They were both treated at a hospital and released.
