(Midland)- The Show of Support/Hunt For Heroes event will continue in 2013.
Terry Johnson tells CBS 7 that he has the full support of the widows of those who lost their lives and the survivors of the tragic train crash.
Johnson says he has promised them he will continue his mission, and will honor the four who lost their lives.
He says he is not sure how, but he has been told by the veterans that they truly felt welcomed by the Midland community.
Staff Sergeant Joshua Michael, Chief Warrant Officer Gary Stouffer, Sergeant Major Lawrence Boivin and Sergeant Major William Lubbers were all killed in the crash.
20 veterans were either injured or survived the crash.
