"El Diablo" Arrested 11/27/12

PECOS, TX – CBS 7 has confirmed that Homeland Security has arrested the man in connection with the threats made on west Texas law enforcement via the internet. The man also known as “El Diablo” has been identified as Jacob Esparza. We’re told that Homeland Security Agents made the arrest Monday in Pecos.
“El Diablo” made graphic threats on the public forum “Topix” toward Midland and Fort Stockton law enforcement and their families. Public bomb threats were also made.
According to sources, Esparza could face up to 20 years behind bars, if convicted.
