Construction on a $14.1 million dollar rest stop in Ward County is finally complete.
The rest stop is located near Pyote and is the only one in that remote region of West Texas.
Construction began over a year ago.
Delays had plagued the project from the beginning and completion deadlines had come and gone.
Contractors say it was hard to find housing for the construction workers and that the weather also had been a problem.
