Federal officals head to West Texas to join investigators looking into why a train slammed into a parade procession carrying wounded veterans and their families.
The National Transportation Safety Board will launch a team to access the crossing accident that happened during the "Hunt for Heroes" parade.
Texas-based NTSB investigator Robert Accetta is leading the team as the Investigator-in-Charge along with two additional investigators.
