Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Arrests Odessa Man Wanted on 24 Counts for Sexual Assault 11/14/12

On November 14, 2012 at 11:45am U.S. Marshals from Midland and Pecos, along with Ector County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested James Walter Roczniak DOB 05/30/72, in Odessa, Texas. Roczniak was arrested for a 24 count grand jury indictment in Ector County for Sexual Assault and two felony DWI warrants. Roczniak was located hiding under a house on Yukon in north Odessa and arrested without incident. He was transferred to the Ector County Jail for booking.
USMS Midland, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Ector County Sheriff's Office, the Ector County I.S.D. Police Department all assisted with the investigation into locating Roczniak.
