Permian Basin –Officials with the Department of Public Safety say overweight trucks are partially to blame for the bad roads in West Texas.
Troopers say one out of ten trucks in the Permian Basin are overweight. This is not only bad on the roads, but it’s dangerous to be driving with that kind of weight.
