Midland Approves 2 of 5 RSP Permian Wells 11/13/12

MIDLAND, TX - Midland City Council has given the green light on part of a controversial drilling request in a Midland neighborhood. RSP Permian will be able to drill 2 wells near Briarwood Avenue and Roadrunner Trail.
RSP was requesting to drill 5 wells in the area but only the two were approved. Residents in the area have spoken out in numbers against this drilling request with concerns of noise, safety and road wear and tear.
